044 | Becoming the Cycle Breaker with Wannessa Badger

Wannessa Badger is the creator of the Cycle Breakers Club, a platform that helps others break free from shame, resentment, and pain while stopping the perpetuation of trauma. Surviving childhood traumas and pediatric kidney disease led Wanessa to a journey through neuroscience, psychology, and energetics. She has a degree in Child Development and Family Studies, as well as certifications in life coaching, NLP, EMI, and various forms of energy healing.

Wannessa joins me today to discuss standing for love and breaking the cycles of generational trauma. She discusses how trauma survivors might keep it a secret and describes how telling the truth gives freedom. She also explains what it means to be a “cycle breaker” and underscores the role of re-learning true love in breaking the cycle of trauma.

“A cycle breaker is an individual who puts an end to perpetuating generational trauma. They are the change the world needs.”
