Nobody EVER changed their mind about work because they wore a short-sleeved untucked multi-print shirt on a Friday.

And while you’re at it, for the love of all that is holy NO MORE JEANS DAYS. We’ve been at home expanding in elastic for more than a year. Nobody needs this level of cruelty.

It’s likely that you landed on the Team Coaching page because someone told you I work with teams, and the work is transformational. That’s true. They aren’t blowing smoke up your ass.

As I see it, the way to win the teamwork game and deepen leadership behaviors is to coach all the players as a group.

And in my experience, the most effective leaders and teams get coached...and the most inspiring teams get coached by me.
