051 | The Journey So Far

Welcome to the 51st episode of the Trauma Hiders Club—a milestone episode I never thought would happen. The truth is that this podcast is the most publicly confronting thing I have ever done. Prior to launch, I had the fear that making it public would turn me into a ball, raw as an exposed nerve ending. But that didn’t happen; in fact, I went from nervous interviewer to flowing podcaster, inspired by my brilliant guests and the world around me, and encouraged by you, dear listeners.

In this episode of the Trauma Hiders Club, I describe the podcasting journey so far. I reveal the reasons I launched this podcast and how the community has helped ease my relationship with receiving feedback.

“Thank you for being part of this journey—and the journey forward—in the Trauma Hiders Club.”
