Kendra joins me today to discuss why boundaries are key to a life of freedom. She defines what a “boundary” is and explains why they protect the good things in life. She discusses how to maintain your boundaries without being aggressive. She describes why we might want to give someone the benefit of the doubt when they violate our boundaries. She also highlights what makes containers sacred and underscores how parents can model emotional intelligence for their children.
“My boundary doesn’t require another person’s agreement. It is a place that is ultimately mine to keep.” - Kendra Cunov
