100 | Seeing Ourselves Over 100 Conversations

Let me tell you something: when I set out to do this project, I never imagined that this podcast—with the goal of normalizing conversations around trauma—would be fun or interesting after 25 episodes. And yet, here we are at the 100th episode of the Trauma Hiders Club podcast, continuing to grow and flourish. While I could boast about how the number of listeners or messages shared has grown over the last 100 episodes, I believe we, as a community, have experienced something more powerful than any podcast metric.

In this episode, I look back on what I experienced over the last 100 episodes of the Trauma Hiders Club podcast and what I’ve learned from you, the listeners. I also highlight the value of seeing ourselves, living our truth, and letting go.

“I could go on about the messages shared or the numbers of listeners, but none of that is as meaningful, as powerful, as transformational than any of us seeing ourselves, our truth, and being our truth.” - Karen Goldfinger Baker
