032 | Acknowledging and Releasing Emotions through EFT Tapping with Becca Pronchick

Becca Pronchick is a photographer, coach, certified Ananda Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and Master Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques. Since 2002, Becca has blended her training in yoga and meditation, coaching, and EFT to create safe and sacred spaces where people can find healing and creativity. She is the Chief Relaxation Officer and Founder of Permission to Relax, through which she works with individuals, couples, and groups to find alignment and ease in body, mind, and spirit.

Becca joins me today to provide an abundance of joy and healing by walking us through an EFT tapping exercise. She discusses the history of EFT and how it works on the body, memory, and experience. She explains how she combines it with awareness practices and coaching. She also shares how she was introduced to the EFT practice and where people can find EFT practitioners and resources.

“The biggest benefit of EFT tapping is allowing us to acknowledge how we feel. Then we relax, release, and let the energy move.” - Becca Pronchick
