Amy Hogan is a career transition coach. As a coach, retreat leader, and breathwork facilitator, Amy is dedicated to supporting others in making the changes necessary to live a life of their own choosing. She served as the Climate Change and Sustainability Coordinator for the Regional Municipality of Durham before pursuing her career as a coach.
Amy joins us today to discuss what breathwork is and walk us through a few breathwork exercises. She shares her journey of becoming a coach after a career with the government. She outlines how breathwork can impact the mind, body, and emotions. Amy also explains how breathwork can help people connect during the pandemic and underscores how we can address our body’s needs through breathwork.
