054 | Rediscovering Our Humanity with Bay LeBlanc Quiney
Bay LeBlanc Quiney is an executive leadership coach, consultant, and the President of Wonderland & Co. She received her training as a professional ontological and facilitative coach through Accomplishment Coaching, and completed her undergraduate degree in Anthropology & Professional Writing from the University of Victoria, where she also completed her Master of Business Administration degree. As an executive coach, Bay helps visionary leaders and ambitious professionals create power by identifying their greatness and building momentum in their lives.
Bay joins me today to share an anthropological perspective on modern humans and their relationship with emotions. She explains why humans are the “least of humans.” She discusses the impact of humanity’s disconnect from its primal, animalistic nature. She also underscores the importance of learning how to have feelings and highlights why the world is becoming more open to conversations about trauma, loss, and grief.
“We are, as a species, on a tipping point of the next big revolution: an intellectual, emotional one, where we move into more awareness.”
